Originally blue-eyed with blonde hair, Xiahn spent time in Korea as an exchange student. Seeing how common plastic surgery is among Koreans, this inspired the Brazilian man to modify his own physical appearance. With expenses that went up to $3,100, Xiahn underwent 10 surgical procedures. Not suprisingly, he also took care of his eye color and began wearing dark contact lenses.
“Koreans have many surgeries to modify the shape of their eyes and become more like Westerners. It was easy to tell when one of them had done it, walking on the street wearing sunglasses and a surgical mask,” he said. “I have no regrets, and I don’t intend to have any more procedures.” SOURCE
That was freaky. It's like staring at the Ukranian Barbie all over again, only this time it's creepier since the eyes obviously look unnatural and it's like transforming your entire identity, even your ethnicity. Like, why would even go that far?

No doubt plastic surgery has become common among men also. The guy not only look like a korean but also resemble a doll! I would like to have an interview with him just to know how he feels after getting the surgery!! I’m little afraid to do face jobs but I consider getting a tummy tuck surgery. Does anyone have experience undergoing one?
